ESSENTIALS PACKAGE

Hitched Productions do not believe in offering a whole array of packages. This can be confusing and often you want to mix and match packages which is entirely understandable.

Instead we tailor the package to suit your needs. As a standard we offer what we believe are the ‘Essentials’ such as the bride getting ready, a video montage to recap your day and don’t forget a copy of the DVD for the folks.

WHAT DO YOU GET?

Full Day Coverage
We offer a 12 hour shoot including travel time to ensure we capture every special moment of your wedding.

Video Montage
This is a highlight reel that captures the entire wedding day in the space of 5 minutes. It is ideal to show family and friends.

Photo Montage
We take photos during the day and create a slideshow providing a memorable finish to you wedding DVD.

Choice of Music
You pick all the backing music for your wedding DVD making it that much special.

Menus & Chapters
We use actual footage of the wedding day as the menu. We also create chapters on in the DVD to allow quick navigation to your favorite parts.

Credits
No movie is complete without credits listing the bridal party, venues and special thanks.

Effects
Special video effects and transitions are all included and enhance your viewing experience.

Three (3) copies of the DVDs
Fully edited movie-length DVD.
(Typically 1.5-2 hours).

Final Consultation
Two weeks prior to your wedding we will sit down and finalise all details and special requirements of your day. This includes timeline preparation, general wedding day tips and hints and a chance to answer any of your final questions. This gives you peace of mind and helps to ensure your wedding runs smoothly and stress free.

Pre-arrival shoot at ceremony venue and guests arriving

Coverage at photo locations of your choice
Full coverage of the reception which includes:

Pre-arrival shoot of reception prior to guest arriving.
Your guests arriving/gathering for pre-dinner drinks.

CAN YOU CUSTOMISE?

YES!!!

Whilst we have developed the Essentials Package to suit most couples, we acknowledge that every wedding is different and we therefore tailor the Essentials Package to your individual needs.

For example,

You may not require the Bride and/or Groom preparations.

You may want additional copies of the DVD for family or friends.

You might want a Childhood Photo Montage.

You may decide you would like to do a Night Shoot after the reception.

You may only want coverage of the ceremony.
